No, only if the client received the vehicle with a full tank of fuel. Our clients pick up the car with a certain fuel level and are required to return it with the same level.
Do I sign a contract with Lund Rent a Car?
Yes, all our clients are required to sign a vehicle rental agreement and rental terms, which include, among other things, client and personal document details, information about the rented vehicle, pick-up and return time, as well as the fuel level.
What if I am late returning the vehicle?
A delay of up to 1 hour from the previously agreed return time is tolerated. After the one-hour grace period, an additional rental day may be charged.
Can I pick up and return the vehicle at different locations?
Yes, our clients can choose preferred pick-up and drop-off locations, with all details arranged in coordination with our operators.
What documents do I need to rent a car?
You need a valid driver’s license (at least two years of driving experience) as well as an ID card or passport.
